The students have great respect for their teachers, their supervisors and all the employees of the Institute..
Christian students and catechumens are strongly invited to participate actively in the Mass at the I. C. M. and at the prayers or celebrations organized during the highlights of the liturgical year. Every Sunday and compulsory holiday, Catholic students are encouraged to participate in religious services in the parish. The biblical studies for those who wish to become Catholics is organized in the parish.
1- Presence at the I.C.M. and dress: the pupils must be present in the institute all the time envisaged by the regulations and the timetable. Classes take place from 7:25 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. In the absence of a teacher, students wait for orders to leave home or stay in classroom until the end of the hour. The I.C.M. declines all responsibility in the event of an accident occurring to students outside the hours set by these internal regulations.
The boys inside the I.C.M. wear khaki pants and the shirt or official dress of the I.C.M. and the girls: navy blue skirt, blouse (bodice), made without fancy or the official dress of the I.C.M. Advertising knitwear is prohibited. All students must be dressed correctly, shirt or blouse stuffed with a belt above for boys and wear a pair of closed shoes. They are styled correctly without fancy. Any hairstyle (cap or hat) is not allowed either in the rows or in the rooms, or at the E.P.S.
2- Delay / Absence. Students who are less than 15 minutes late by 7 am must go to the educators' office to justify themselves and obtain an entry ticket. In case of absence of one day or more, students must report to the supervision with a letter from the family or tutor, justifying this absence. They will only be admitted to class on presentation of their signed teacher's notebook. When a student has missed a homework for a valid reason, this homework will be disregarded. Otherwise the assignment will be scored 0/20.
3- Outings: any student who has a valid reason for leaving during class or homework hours must ask the teacher's permission. The director or educator then gives an exit ticket. An exit without permission leads to -1 (minus one) on the quarterly driving note and notification in the correspondence book.
4- The permissions: for the hospital are taken with the Administration or the educators' office. Return control is also carried out by the educators' office.
5- Delays: At the first signal of the start of the beginning of lectures, the students quickly go to the gathering places. At the second signal, they remain silent. The late student will be left out of class for the duration of the course. He therefore exposes himself to having "zero" to a possible interrogation.
6- Intercourse: During intercourse, students quickly change the classroom if necessary. They take advantage of this time to go to the bathroom, but they are not allowed to go to the vendors to buy food.
7- during major recess: all students leave the classrooms. They take advantage of this time to relax, or to go to the bathroom. We do not wait for the start of the school year and the rally to rush to the bathroom or to the vendors.
8- Mobile (cellular) telephones: The wearing and use of (cellular) telephones is strictly prohibited within the I.C.M. Any student caught in possession of a mobile phone (cellular) within the I.C.M. will see his device confiscated at the Administration level. His parents (father or mother) or are legal guardians will be summoned. The offense will be mentioned in his correspondence book.
9- Electric devices: such as transistors, electronic games and "walkmans" are also prohibited in the same way as mobile phones and are subject to the same sanctions.
10- Tuition fees: The amount of tuition fees and / or related fees are fixed each year according to the classes, by the Administration. Any quarter started is due in full. The final exclusion decided by the Direction or by the disciplinary council of the I.C.M. whatever the reasons, or the voluntary departure of the student do not give right to any refund.
11- School records. The components of the student's school records must be provided within the set deadlines. Students who do not submit them risk being refused access to the courses until they have settled in order. No document (Attestation of attendance, certificate of schooling, etc.) will be provided to students who are not in good standing with the I.C.M. both financially and administratively.
1- The sweeping and cleaning of classes are seen as a service developing family spirit. They are executed as a turn with good heart, under the vigilance of the class chief at the scheduled times (every day after the last lesson).
2- Students take great care in order and cleanliness. They avoid wasting the material at their disposal, water, electricity ... it is forbidden to write anything on the walls and furniture. Any deterioration of equipment must be subject to compensation. School furniture does not come out of classrooms.
3- Only those in charge of the class are authorized to put on the tables of the class, the names of those absent, information or advice, the watchword of the week.
4- Students respect flowers, lawns, hedges and trees. Access to gardens and other fruit tree plantations is prohibited. It is forbidden to climb on the walls.
5- The students do not leave any waste lying around: paper, sachets, packaging, peelings ... but they throw them in the trash. Everyone strives to maintain their reputation for beauty and cleanliness in college.
6- All students must have a school bag with closure to keep their books and notebooks locked up. The correspondence book should always remain in the bag insofar as it can be requested by the Administrator or the teachers at any time. In case of loss, it must be reported to the educator. Another notebook must be purchased immediately.
7- Books are possibly loaned under a deposit refundable at the end of the year. The student is responsible for the books loaned to him at the beginning of the year. He wears the school year, his name and his class only once. He should not lend his books to comrades. A book returned with erasures or scrubs on the names is sanctioned and paid for by the student who returns it.
8- Students are invited to deposit their money with the supervision or the administration. The College declines all responsibility for flights of all kinds. Between students, the exchange of shoes, watches, devices ... is strictly prohibited. The perpetrators of theft or barter are severely punished and can be excluded from college. It is forbidden to lend money between students. Walkmans, electronic games, transistors and laptops are prohibited in college.
9-Students do not receive a visit to the college during lessons. They are not called on the phone. During recess, foreign students are not admitted to classes.
10- It is forbidden to play poker, or to smoke in the enclosure or around the Institute. Any offending student is excluded from college for 48 hours. He will report to the management with one of his parents or his tutor. Each pupil of the MANUELA CATHOLIC INSTITUTE tries to take responsibility in his college. It shows by this that he is attached to his establishment, that he takes interest in its development and its reputation. By committing, he also ensures better development of his personality.
All registered students must comply with the school's internal regulations. These rules will be published wherever necessary.
